Georgia Alliance for Safe Roads (“GASR”) is a non-governmental organization which was founded in 2010 and aims to save the lives as well as reduce injuries and suffering due to the road traffic accidents in Georgia.

The Alliance monitors road safety trends and brings to Georgia international expertise with objectives to advocate for feasible regulatory and other solutions. GASR has built a network of public and private stakeholders, international donors, well-known public figures as well as media organizations, which support the Alliance’s public awareness and advocacy efforts.

The organization is managed by a team of professionals that are focused on improving road safety in the country.

Since 2018, the Alliance is a member of Global Alliance Global Alliance of NGOs for Road Safety.
