Insurance Company “GPI Holding” was a support and a partner of the Week. On May 8, the company took part in the meeting with students from Ilia State University and Ivane Javakhishvili State university, organized by “Georgia Alliance for Safe Roads” and talked about insurance as one of the crucial components of road safety. Law On The Compulsory Third Party Liability Insurance, which is considered as the key issue in road safety, was one of the topics of discussion with students. And the essential objective of the meeting was to discuss the possibilities of implementing preventing measures for road safety and reducing road accidents.
Meeting ended with action – performance, and moved to the traffic lights at the territory of the university – students held an action aimed at raising awareness among drivers and, at the Zebra crossings, encouraged them with slogan banners to follow road safety rules.
